General Governance
The governance of MIGHTY MEDIC is regulated by the official association statute, outlining assembly responsibilities, board election procedures, and member admission policies.
Article 1: The Ordinary Assembly
The Ordinary Assembly is the principal governing body. It meets at least once per year to elect the Board of Directors, approve financial reports, and authorize activity programmes.
Article 2: Board of Directors
The Board acts as the executive branch of MIGHTY MEDIC, comprising the President, Vice-President, Secretary General, Treasurer, and Board Members. They are tasked with the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the association.
Article 3: Membership Categories
- Full Members: Qualified professionals engaged in clinical lipidology and therapeutic apheresis.
- Honorary Members: Distinguished individuals nominated for their exceptional contributions.
- Corresponding Members: International collaborators involved in joint initiatives.
